Very nice place , close to everything

Great location

Hôtel sans vie avec un rooftop sans service et un jacuzzi froid Pas de bar dans l’hôtel heureusement qu’il y a le Seabar en face Un service de chambre très discutable avec un renouvellement de serviettes aléatoire et des oublis dans la chambre (sachets plastiques etc …) Pour finir l’hôtel donne sur une rue très bruyante.

Buena experiencia. No diria que es un 4 estrellas como esta calificado, pero tiene buen servicio, esta limpio, a 150 mts del mar, a 15/20' caminando al centro Sorrento, y 5/7 ' caminando desde la estacion Sant' Agnello, que es la anterior a Sorrento viniendo desde Napoles, en tren linea Circumvesuviana. Ticket E 4,20. Buen precio. Restaurantes por la zona. Volveria.

Hôtel située sur une rue passante, donc très bruyante. On y entend les motos rouler en continue, les passants qui marchent et parlent fort. Air climatisé qui n’a probablement pas été nettoyé depuis un bon moment, sent mauvais. Le lit est mou, et on sent les ressorts! Beaucoup de cheveux dans le drain de douche, coussin décoratif taché. Sinon les photos sont représentatives de la réalité. Stationnement payant à 2 minutes de marches de l’hôtel à 23€ par jour.

We did not have a room with a balcony. Our room was extra small and the bathroom was minuscule!But what this hotel lacks in size it more than makes up for with its friendly and helpful staff. Daniela greeted us with a lovely smile and made sure we we’re comfortable. She took the time to point out places on the map where we might eat and things to do locally. She got wine glasses for us so we could go up to the rooftop patio and drink own wine while watching the sunset over the Mediterranean. Daniela treated us like royalty! Aldo worked tirelessly to help us secure a private tour of the area. And Vincenzo was so friendly and helpful with our bags. This valuable hotel team could not have been more accommodating and delightful. Thank you.
